City maps are often more detailed and include the names of many original property owners
businesses, municipal buildings, etc.

Each Atlas CD consists of a series of 8-10 bordering counties making up 1 of 12 Zones that depict all 106 Kansas counties. Each Zone Atlas contains high resolution scanned images of vintage 1887 county and city maps that are presented in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF).
