Atlas of Northampton County Pennsylvania
D. G. Beers & A Pomeroy & Co., 1874, 32 pages
This
publication is a historical Atlas of Northampton County, PA reproduced
in PDF format on CD. Pennsylvania county atlases are expensive
and difficult to find, but here you can have the information at your
disposal for a fraction of the cost. These township maps provide
a detail of the township boundaries, towns, roads, and streams.
They also show where homes, churches, cemeteries and businesses were
located. But the most desirable quality of these maps is the
notation of the County's residents, providing a record of who owned
land and where they lived. Another nice feature of this atlas is
the business directory provided for each township map.
